Which bank transfer you to London or abroad if H1B is denied?

Hi guys.

If H1B gets denied both times, what banks are more likely to move me to one of their offices and which will likely fire me?
Just wondering what are the banks’ culture about this issue

I know people at all BBs who've done that. They have been transferred to Sydney, Frankfurt, London etc. I haven't really heard of anyone getting fired over this. Might be harder with EBs given that they're comparatively smaller and don't always have an opening in international offices
