If you're talking about FT analyst recruiting, that has been discussed here: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/full-time.
To echo the previous poster, there is a post discussing this exact issue from just a few days ago. In short, pretty much all of the banks are hiring.

MS is on hiring spree for S&T
source?
JPM is only hiring out of their summer class unless you got a special email invite.
There was an article in Clusterstock (and I think WSJ) today on MS ramping up its S&T efforts (after seeing Goldman soar) again.

In DealBook as well, but I think that pertained more to experienced hires.

Simply because lateral hires will have a direct and sizeable inpact on the P/L of the desk. Their trying to play catch up and they don't have the time to train first years and wait a year before they start making substantial contributions to the firm.
Interesting to note that when BofA posted their jobs they had a ton of interview slots however when I looked today there were only 14 (about 10 times less than before). Wonder what that's all about?
