Which banks haven't started recruitment?
So I am going into my junior year at a state school and decided I want to get into IB. However, I know that networking is really important especially to get referred. I know companies like GS, JPM, MS have already opened and I feel weird trying to network and saying "Hey, already applied and I really need a referral". Instead I want to focus on banks which have just opened recruitment or are going to in August so I can network for those places. Anyone have any ideas on places not opened yet?
