Which BB Rewards Long Tenure The Most?

Serious question. Many dinosaur F500's across all industries provide employees who have stayed at their firm for a while with accelerated growth opportunities.

Not going to argue whether it's worth it to stay at one company for a while, since many of the BB's treat lots of employees like garbage.

With that being said, which of the BB's or even MM rewards tenure the most above others? I'm talking all else equal, the employee at one of these is consistently middle bucket but has 10+ years of consecutive experience at their firm.

Feel like this is an interesting topic. Thoughts?

Anecdotally, despite a not great culture, I know a couple MD's who are "lifers" at Citi & have probably had accelerated promo's as a result. But again it's anecdotal
