Which industries/companies still require their juniors to wear a suit and tie everyday?

At first I thought it was banking, but now I am a banker, and our juniors don't wear a suit and tie everyday.

So which company/industry do these 22 year olds work in, where I see them wearing a tailored suit and tie every day? Are they lawyers? What else could they be?

Same with flight attendants. I don't travel much but flew to Mexico over the Thanksgiving break. I realized they all where full on 3 piece suits with ties.
