Upward Mobility

I'm really interested in a long-term career in IB (transitioning from Analyst > Associate > VP > MD etc.).

I'm starting to think about junior summer recruiting, and I want to know which banks will be best given my career goals?

For example, I heard the majority of analysts at Lazard leave after 2 years, while Goldman hires with the intent to keep you and grow you through the ranks.

Please rank some of the banks that you know are best / worse at upward mobility.

Please provide any feedback on a specific bank that you know about.
