Which masters?

I am have just finished a BSc in Computer Science, from an university in Central Europe. Currently I am working at a small VC funded startup, in software development.
I am planning to pursue a master's degree in the US, and I am deciding between :

Dartmouth or Duke Master of Engineering Management programmes (the coursework is roughly half business, half engineering/computer science).

or

M.S. in CS - at Columbia, NYU, JHU, ... depends where I can get in.

or

M.S. in Information Systems at NYU - a joint degree between Courant and Stern (7 courses at Stern, 5 at Courant, the courses at Stern are all electives, so a lot of freedom with the curriculum).

I have a scholarship to cover the full tuition, plus some living expenses and am eventually planning to do a MBA, but will be paying for that out of my pocket. My goal is to transition in more finance oriented roles, I want to break into VC.
