Crow Holdings, CIM, Square Mile/USAA Real Estate, and Harrison Street do for sure.
Plus you would get to work in one of the sweetest offices in the country
Fucking Crow Holdings campus is so nice man, had an interview there once for a family office investment analyst internship (not RE) and almost cried when I didn't get it (jk).
LaSalle, Angelo Gordon, Square Mile, Harrison Street, Related, Walton Street, Rialto
Tishman stopped this year unfortunately
Edited my comment. Do you know why they stopped?
Do you know if LIM takes interns/SA ?
Call or email them and find out. Initiative is typically rewarded in this industry.
If someone wants to make a google sheet containing this info.... you should
What about Hines? Any thought?
Is it that challenging to perform basic Linkedin search?
Sorry, I do not know in US, but in EU I am pretty sure they also hire out of undergrad. I am about to receive an offer from them (finger crossed)...thats why I say so!
OT: Could you be so kind to tell me how it is seen in the industry in US? It is well respected etc? Top 5/10? It is not very well known in EU.
Really appreciated Thanks
Hines doesn't have a centralized hiring program for new analysts. Each team handles the process when they need analyst. So some teams will hire new people straight out of undergrad, while others won't.
Hines hires undergrads for both IM and Development but very selective ofc.
Just want to bump this, as it is an important thread to have at this time. Anyone have first rounds or finals at REPE firms? I know that Harrison Street, Walton Street, Starwood and Blackstone are definitely recruiting. I am also interviewing with PGIM next week.
Is it for PGIM's three year analyst program?
I began applying at REPE firm's about two weeks ago and am starting to hear back from some now. I have a first round set up for Starwood and PGIM over the next two weeks. Tons of openings on company's websites for analyst roles, also a lot on selectleaders and linkedin out there right now.
One of my good friends had his first round with Starwood last week. And yes, it is for PGIM's three year analyst program.
@creJeff are you also looking for full-time job opportunities?
A few other analysts and myself were hired at Bridge Investment Group right out of undergraduate. Without a doubt the key was networking.
Following up on my own comment, we are currently interviewing for analyst positions. DM me if you'd like more information.
These are the firms that I know of that hire undergrads. I'm not entirely sure why the remaining wouldn't? Even the firms that post for analyst positions requiring 2+ years of experience will hire someone very green if they make a good impression (which is what happened with me). Whether these firms recruit straight from colleges in the form of on-campus-recruiting is another story.
Again, I'm only posting the names of shops where I know people personally and have recruited with/seen job postings for undergrads.
Never seen an Undergad at Westbrook --- if so definitely an outlier! Would say the same about Lonestar (Not Hudson advisor wing!!) unless you have family contacts
Same with CIM. Unless you are in the design department or something.
Maybe but not for Acquisitions probably AM/Portfolio
i know someone that worked as an acquisitions analyst at CIM directly out of college without any connections. not saying it's the norm, but it's been done before
