Which of these work options positions me best for top bschools?

Hey guys, I'll try to be quick with this question.

I have two offers to join two different corporations in Investor Relations capacities. I have 2 years of IB experience at a strong MM and 2 years ER experience on a top ranked team/firm.

Option 1) one of the biggest companies in the world (top 50), globally recognized brand (Coke/McDonalds level). This position is purely IR and I would be working with the CEO/CFO on a daily basis. Roughly equal pay to my curent position.

Option 2) easily Fortune 500 (~6bn mkt cap), but not a recognizable name unless you're very familiar with E&P industry. There is also a corporate strategy aspect to this position and I would be working with CEO/CFO regularly. This position would pay about 50% more than what I currently earn.

Option 3) stay at current ER position

I know bschools dont like when you jump around to new jobs very frequently but these are some good opportunities that I am considering. Assuming my essays/GMAT are in order and looking purely at the work experience, what option puts me in the best position to get into an MBA business schools">M7 (ideally H/S/W)? I will apply next August.

Thank you all for your help.

i have not yet decided on what i want to do post-MBA. i often find myself wanting to do a number of things with it, and i havent yet narrowed that list down. i think i could spin either to look as if they are directly aligned with my post MBA goals.

The main thing is that one job is with a super prestigious company. The other is with a much smaller company (still F400) that is not nearly as recognized. How much does a prestigious name matter on the resume? I have two prestigious banks onm y resume but in one of these corporate roles, i do lose that.

How does this affect my bschool chances?
