Which offer is better

I'm lucky enough to have three offers for IB. The first is in West Africa and is a one of the top 3 banks in the region, there main focus is on oil and gas. The second offer is from a BB in the Uk- an Alumni helped me out. The last offer is for a MM bank in NY. I'm an international student here in the US, and would very much like to stay in the US, but the opportunity in Africa is really tempting due to the fact that it is an emerging market.

If you were in my shoes which would you pick ? And how would someone with IB experience in west Africa be viewed upon applying for a US IB position in the future ? My understanding is that UK IB experience is more transferable to US IB, what are your thoughts ?

uk bb, but you already knew that. have you ever been to africa?

Yea, I have EU and African citizenship which is part of the reason why I was given the offer. I feel that wall street experience would be good the leverage in Africa/ Europe. I would really like to find a bank trying to expand into Africa, because I feel that the state of IB in the region is not up to par with its counterparts on wall street.

Africa is starting to attract heavy flows of huge funds. My suggestion is to move to Africa to build up your expertise and come back after 3-5 years with strong knowledge on African commodities.
