I forgot to change the name in the template I use to send out cold emails. It was sent to an associate I'm emailing the first time and I saw that they already opened it. Do I reply with an apology or ignore it??? This is so embarrassing.

Lol no worries man, this has happened to all of us at least once. Personally, I don't say anything because it's obvious why you messed up the name. I've gotten responses back even when I accidentally messed up the name. It's just a matter of how understanding the associate is. Others may have different viewpoints, though.
Guarantee the associate forgets about it in like 2 weeks. Just send another email like nothing happened. Its 100% in his trash folder right now.
