which recommender? CEO of MNC consultancy (3 months) or supervisor from extracurricular?

Hello. I am trying to figure out who to write my recommendation or which round to apply. My situation is:

1) I am starting a new job in June at a MNC tech consulting firm. I will be working directly under the CEO, a pretty unique job, half consulting/half strategic planning with C-suite stakeholders across all clients.
2) I volunteered at an international non-profit for 6 months last year at a pretty obscure developing country.

I am not sure to apply to Round 1/2 especially since I started a new job (not sure how it looks on my resume if I apply in Sept). Also, should I plan to ask this CEO to write my LOR or my supervisor from the non-profit?

So: a) Apply Round 1 & ask non-profit supervisor or b) Apply round 2 and ask CEO after 6 months of work?

Some background info:
1) Family business of 4 years (medium sized) , starting job as associate at MNC tech consulting
2) Post-MBA goal: ST - Consulting, LT - social entrepreneurship
3) Target School: MIT Sloan, Stanford, Booth, Wharton (far reach), Yale SOM, Cornell Johnson, Tuck,
4) Top 3 UK unis: Upper Second Class Honours ( mitigating circumstances, was depressed af)

Current GMAT Score: 720 (1st score was 660 lol jumped 60 pts in a month, gna retake). Applied Round 4/3 to Johnson and Yale this year, alr interviewed at Johnson & assuming I got rejected at Yale... but I think this job will boost my post-MBA job prospects & I need that money.

Waiting a year is not an option...been in a ldr w my bf from NYC for years and its kinda now or never.

Thanks guys!!!!

Most B-schools ask for a current direct supervisor if possible, so would definitely recommend the CEO if it wasn't such a short time period. If you would have only worked with the CEO for 3 months before you ask him for a LOR to leave, that's a really bad look. If I was him, not only would I not be willing to go to bat for you, I would consider firing you for not even passing through your probationary period before wanting to leave.

Plus you're in a really good position - working directly with C-suite. If I were you, I'd defer applying till the year after, get a couple of really good stories under your belt in your new position, and try exclusively for the top end of your targets. Would make you a much more interesting candidate.
