Which would be better for future in IB?????
So like the subject states, which would provide a better opportunity to eventually get into IBD: a back office Finance position at a BB (GS/JPM/MS) or a research analyst position for a small shop?
Any advice would be appreciated
make no mistake about it, research at a small shop.
BO is BO, and it doesn't matter where you do it. you will build a great skill set doing research
