Who is hiring right now for immediate start?

I graduated in May (Econ major, top school, good GPA/SAT) and am still job hunting. I've had various interviews, but what I'm really looking for is a position that will start immediately.

Who is hiring for an immediate opening right now?

Too much of the stuff I've encountered is to be part of an analyst class for next year, and I don't think a 2010 grad will be considered for that.

Within banks, people have told me to look in operations, transaction services, and other support roles. Others have told me to look at Fed, Treasury, information (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.), but I haven't seen too many opportunities out there.

Any suggestions?
