Who should I cold e-mail?

After I apply for a job online, I would like to e-mail someone at the company a copy of my resume, an example of my financial modeling and my cover letter. The problem is that I'm not sure who I should send it to if I cannot find the e-mail of anyone in the HR department. (Btw, I am applying for analyst positions at commercial real estate firms.) Should I e-mail a managing director? Someone lower?

Also need advice if my e-mail is okay.

" Dear xx,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I recently applied to the xxx position at xxx firm. I'm very interested in working at xxx firm and wanted to make sure my resume gets seen. Attached here is a copy of my resume as well as my cover letter and examples of my financial modeling.

Thank you for your consideration.

Best,
xx"
