Who's the criminal?

Remember that evil big bank that everyone talked about? I think his name was Wall St and everyone blamed him for America's problems. Well, he seems to have disappeared. What we have now is Donald J. Trump to blame for all of America's issues.

Everywhere I look, someone in Washington is now being called a criminal. But not too long ago, those accusations went to Wall St. Doesn't it seem strange how the tides have shifted on who is to blame even though it's all about the same event? There is no one to blame in reality, unless we're able to understand the basic fundamentals of how the economy and our very connected world works.

Does anyone else notice how the media, ordinary citizens, and practically the whole country will change up who we're blaming but nothing gets done? One person--doesn't matter if it's Trump, Hillary, or Barry O-- is not going to be able to fix the economy. For one, the world is linked in terms of our economy, through not only trade, but savings and investing too. Capital is very fluid, goods are sometimes better made in one place over another, and yet, every country is going to be different in terms of growth profile and cultural/social standards.

The point is, people aren't showing a high degree of self-awareness and everyone is very uneducated on the modern economy. All of that shit about economics of the past etc., is just useless now. Mercantilism won't work and a simple toggle on Keynesian economics isn't enough. American politicians and bankers who were and are being blamed, will not change anything if they changed themselves.

Someone should drop pamphlets on the streets with a basic outline and simple picture flipbook on what's really going on.

Edited--To summarize and condense my point. **
