market sales - i'm interested in connecting with customers, understanding their investment process, and watching markets. I enjoy distributing research and talking about it with people who are involved in the market. Its the process of playing with the puzzle that is the interconnected global markets that i enjoy.

IBD - i enjoy doing a deep dive on a company financials and figuring out how to best deploy capital...i also look forward to talking with company executives and helping them decide how to deploy capital, playing with the puzzle that is the global markets, and how the markets impact individual companies. Raising capital for expansions and restructuring, spending capital to merge companies to increase market share, increase efficiency, and dominate certain niches.

Thanks for the response, @faceslappingcompilation. I’m assuming you’re a professional, but how would you advise someone who is currently in college to answer using their own experiences (non finance major)? would a sales experience in a part time job be a valid example to evidence why they’re interested in sales for example?
