Why is Evercore considered best for employee satisfaction?

What about Evercore makes it consistently rank high for employee satisfaction? More lenient hours/more lenient and understanding MDs and management/unique perks or benefits?

The reality is the difference between EVR/CVP/PWP and MOE/LAZ isn't as big as this forum makes it out to be. Sure the latter two have a slightly worse culture / general hours but the team you're in will make a much larger difference.

Same thing goes for exits, especially among the EBs (BBs have more variance).
