The fact that this question needs to be asked is fucking depressing (not a slight against you OP, just the ridiculous nature of "internship experience").
Yes, you should go. You won't be able to do anything like it once you start working. Enjoy yourself and experience some new things.

As others have said, do it, OP. You have enough experience to talk about in interviews, and having backpacking experience will do a much better job of differentiating yourself from other candidates than another bullshit finance internship will.
