I got my audit internship offer with a big 4 last year for this upcoming semester, but got terminated by one of its clients as an intern recently. I have good employment history before this recent internship and clean criminal records. The big 4 haven't started the background check yet, and I am wondering if the firm will rescind my audit internship offer because of one single bad employment history/reference?
