Will earning the CFA charter help admission into T10 MBA Program

Just graduated with a Credit Analyst position in a large commercial bank (PNC/ WF/ BA). As of now I want to become an MD (in CB) one day because it is client facing/ managerial. Of course that could change and I may be interested in the middle office roles. Figured earning my MBA would give me a boost or fast track to making a decent living. Any advice is appreciated!

Level 1 Candidate, no. Pass L1, maybe. L2 or L3, absolutely,

Recruiters are wiser now when it comes to the CFA.

It's a differentiator for sure, but only if you have 2 or 3 levels passed.

It's worth noting that you will most likely need to leave your current employer to get the best ROI for your MBA.

It can give you a boost depending on your long term goal. Do the people in the future roles you want have MBAs? If so, maybe look at their background and path to see how they got to where they are.
