Will WFH persist throughout 2021?
Am an incoming analyst within a regional office (SF, Dallas, Chicago) of a top BB. Born and raised in NYC and chose to switch to a regional office to try something new. Was wondering if anyone had heard any company guidance regarding the status of WFH for 2021 thus far. HR has told me that training will be fully virtual so expect to stay home for july and august. But was wondering what the chances were that WFH extends through 2021 and early 2022 (in which case, I would remain in NYC with the family) based off anything anyone has heard or seen within their firms.
