Withdraw Application to change internship division?

Hello everyone,
this is my first post, but I have been reading along here for quite some time, and this forum has helped me a lot so far.
Now I would like to ask for advice on my situation.
I am an undergraduate student in my 1st year (Economics) and just completing all the IB Spring Week Applications.
For some time, I have been pretty much torn between Investment Banking and S&T. For J.P. Morgan and some other banks who offer division specific Spring Interns, I finally decided to apply for the S&T division.
I had some time today, so I read along here a bit and finally figured out that actually the field I am interested in in the long term is much more on the Investment Banking side. Long story short (if anyone wants to know more, just ask), I KNOW that the IB division much more is what I am looking for., especially in terms of a future Summer Intern.
For Deutsche Bank, I also applied for the S&T division, but as I already completed the numerical I guess it's too late to change something. But for J.P. Morgan, I haven't hear back from them yet, and on the Application Status page I get the option to "Withdraw Application".
What are your thoughts on this? Would you recommend doing it? I guess it comes across a bit weird, if they will be able to "compare" both applications when I file a new one for another division, with another motivation letter etc...
It's a pretty complicated situation, but at the moment I see more upside on the option of withdrawing the application and filing a new one for their IB division.
Thank you in advance for your comments!
