Work/Life Balance at Tier 2 Cities
Hello,
Currently considering transferring to some of the "Tier 2" cities (i.e. Denver, Austin, LA, etc.), as I would like to have a more wholistic life experience (more skiing less lavo). Was wondering what the work life balance is in these kind of cities? Also I would be looking for VP/Senior Associate Roles.
Better in that there tends to be less expectation for face time, but I doubt the balance will be that much different. I'm speaking anecdotally (on the sell side in a group known for tough hours) from friends in PE, but it's still a grind in Tier 2.
When did Denver become a tier 2?
