Worried about grade drop. Advice?

I transferred with a 3.83 to a top 5 undergraduate business school (McIntire). I have heard that some transfers get a 2.8 in their first semester. I just signed for an audit internship in the Big Four, and I am worried about the grade drop. What kind of grades do I need to be safe? It sounds like if I go bellow a 3.3 I will have no hopes at a full time offer.

Depends on the drop.

Use your cumulative GPA when you apply. It's not lying and it should be above a 3.3.
