Hope everyone is doing well. I'm currently in my 3rd year at a non target, and recently recevied an internship offer from a BB. Although it's a back office position, I'm excited about this opportunity and plan on using it as a learning experience/stepping stone. I would love to land a full time offer for a more front office position next year, and wanted to know if anyone has been in a similar situation that could offer some advice.

Shoot me a PM. You're in a good spot (hopefully you're in NY), but ultimately I highly suggest using the summer/time after finals to seriously think about what you want to do. Ops is where dreams go to die. Some groups are better than others, but my experience has been pretty shitty. During your internship, make the best of it. I'm not sure what role you're going into (if they've told you already I'd be surprised), but make connections with people you respect and would want to work for in the future.
