Would these be considered appropriate for the interview?
Would a navy suit with little pattern be considered appropriate in this situation?
Also, is there a limit to belt buckles, what is considered classic and how far can you stretch that line?

It looks like a pitchfork to me. I would wear a more conservative belt. This one is too casual. Silver buckle. Wear silver watch and silver cufflinks and you should be fine.
OK, I had great doubts about the belt as well, will wear more conservative one. Cufflinks I guess could be a bit too much, as I'm from Europe and I guess would be considered going to a fashion house rather than IB if I wore them. Also, do you really need a color for a watch? I have silver one with brown leather bracelet and one silver with golden framing around the clock and bracelet so I guess any of them would fit?
How about the suit pattern, is there a thing that you should have only pattern-less suit with material that has that "shine" look, for example: http://www.bestylish.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/navy-suit-with-brown-tie.jpg ?
