Would working in a law firm doing nyc tax certiorari be a good mid-term/long term move to get into the business side of RE?
As I wrote in an earlier thread, am an attorney with a msred and want to move to the business side of re.
What are the seasoned guys opinions (those who come in contact with cert attys each year on the operations side) of using work in tax certiorari as a way to bootstrap into the business side, and gain a more intimate understanding of the commercial re landscape in nyc?
