Just wondering thoughts on refinancing decisions on commercial property, would you wait, take advantage of the rates. what do you guys think? Or your firms thoughts/actions?
These low rates are great but, I don't see rates being raised anytime soon, but who knows.

Most of these deals have prepay penalties. If you're in the penalty window, it's an NPV based off the new rate against the capital outflow to do the deal. It's a mathematical equation to determine if you want to do it.
