REFM does not cover REIT valuation as far as I know. The BIWS program combines REIT valuation, development, and RE Private Equity into one package, whereas Wall Street Prep's course focuses solely on REIT valuations - so I would go with WSP if you want to focus specifically on REITs, but if you are looking for a bigger scope I would go with BIWS.

Go with BIWS. I've used both biws and refm and preferred biws. Didnt look at the reit sections but the presentation of the material was better so I'm assuming this would be he same for each section.
I've used BIWS and REFM. REFM has shorter lessons, if you want to learn the modeling and basic finance concepts faster. BIWS has more thorough lessons that can take some time, but i think it covers the details very well and there is a section on REITs which fits what you're looking for.
Can anyone who used BIWS, give a breakdown in terms of percentage how much the course focuses on REIT valuation versus REPE?
sorry for the late reply @yayaa" but I would say the REIT portion is about 1/3 to 1/2 of the course with the remainder being REPE and fundamental RE concepts. I've been focusing mainly on the REPE not so much the lessons on REITs.
