The practice is a leading advisor to companies, sponsors and creditors in distressed situations, restructurings and bankruptcies around the world, offering advice that helps provide troubled companies and their creditors with more stable capital structures and ultimately more financial flexibility. As a strategic partner to our clients, this practice works together with them to craft customized solutions that can restore their companies to fiscal health and plan for a future once a restructuring is complete.

Associates are expected to be involved in all aspects of a transaction.
