The firm is focused on Fintech sector, and have closed M&A and growth equity transactions in wealth technology, payment, among others. Advisors public and private companies with guidance on merger and acquisition, divestiture transactions, capital raises, and financial restructuring. Collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. The Associate will work closely with senior bankers to maintain and help drive forward key business development activities and gain deep exposure to key facets of investment banking activities in our space.

Job description: 

  • Prepare research reports and blogs, and deliver the content to our account base across multiple channels (email, website, and other channels)
  • Maintain and prepare reports on buy-side activity, opportunities, and marketing efforts on a timely, accurate and regular basis
  • Conduct due diligence and manage process for buy-side efforts
  • Research and screen for companies and contacts for our investors and strategic acquirers
  • Prepare pitch decks and other marketing materials
  • Interface with investment banks, brokers/intermediaries, entrepreneurs, accountants, advisors, and corporate executives
  • Attend conferences and potential client meetings
  • Update proprietary CRM database on a regular basis
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed


  • At least 1-2 years of IB, financial advisory, or related experience
  • Outstanding academic achievement – Minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
  • Skills in writing and delivery of presentations
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours
  • Exposure to cloud and data resources
