We are looking for a HR/Recruiting Associate to join our team. This newly created role will support the HR and Recruiting functions to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding experience as well as support the full lifecycle of employment including performance, training, payroll, benefits and off-boarding. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional attention to detail, be a strong communicator and is highly organized. We are looking for someone who will work autonomously and efficiently across HR projects and operations. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this individual will have the opportunity to be involved in special projects ranging from developing training opportunities to revamping the feedback process and further developing the company culture.
Support the recruitment/hiring process by preparing job descriptions/determining position requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, gathering interview feedback, performing background checks and issuing employment contracts.
Deliver new hire orientation and ensure a seamless and smooth onboarding process for global new hires.
Process global payroll including maintaining systems with up-to-date employee information, submitting pay changes and supplemental payments, liaising with vendors and the finance team for approvals and conducting analyses to ensure accuracy of data.
Facilitate the performance review and feedback process including managing communications, tracking completion and maintaining records.
Manage the employee off-boarding process including communicating termination information, preparing separation letters and conducting exit interviews.
Support the annual compensation process by participating in benchmarking surveys, conducting quality checks on data files, preparing award letters and gathering mandatory documents from employees within tight deadlines.
Organize training sessions and seminars with both internal and external speakers.
Assist with the creation, implementation and management of HR and recruiting related policies, procedures and programs.
Assist with foreign benefit plan administration including reviewing annual renewals and reconciling invoices.
Conduct analytics to measure performance and efficiency of the team as well as staffing and engagement.
