I honestly think Emma Watson isn't over rated, at least when it comes to her career vs. hotness. She has never been cast in a "sexy" role, and she is actually a decent actress. Now if you really want to talk over rated, as much as I hate to say this Megan Fox takes the cake hands down.

No one on earth is "that hot". I have friends that are very attractive, and some that are not so much, but it always seems like you can find a more attractive person somewhere. It just seems to me everyone has their flaws, everyones imperfect, and while there obviously is a gradation in the attractiveness scale, everyone I've seen belongs to planet earth in the looks department (not photoshopped/airbrushed). It all comes down to personal taste and obviously things change over time and with how you are related to them (you usually view your s/o as hotter than you would a person on the street with the same looks).

She def. looks like she belongs in her role and jewelry she was wearing, vs. Diana always looked like she was a dressed up house keeper or something. On her wedding day, Lady Di looked like a little girl wearing her grandmother's night gown.
love angelina jolie, I think she would be really interesting to talk to on top of her looks; kate moss is very striking, her face def shows strength and personality; rhianna is a kinky tortured genius; emma and keira have a more quiet beauty, but both seem to be intelligent and strong as well.
Couldn't stand Britney Spears for most of her career, but after her meltdown I think she has grown a lot as a person, and that definitely shows in her eyes and her face and makes her more attractive (despite her getting chubbier). The difference is remarkable

Just walking down the street one can probably find multiple women more attractive than 99.999% of celebrities that are considered "attractive." It seems that for most americans an actresses' fame or even the characters she plays adds to their perceived attractiveness.

You will see better looking females if you walk around Manhattan or were to walk around a sufficiently large enough state school. Of course, having a plethora of more attractive women doesn't mean she is in fact unattractive, of course, but it does put the entire female actress pecking order in perspective.

It depends, if we are talking about a one night stand or late night booty calls I'm all in with Biel...if we are talking relationships, I would probably have to go with Hathaway. And that is not part of attractiveness how? The two girls with 1 cup are way better looking than many actresses, but I wouldn't say that they are particularly hot or attractive.
I can't believe nobody has said Drew Barrymore, I don't think she's hot at all and she always makes "most beautiful people" lists.
DB cleaned up a lot and lost a shit ton of weight, I'd say she is pretty hot, although she still cant shed the remnants of that "trashy, fat, drug-addicted whore" aura that was so common for celebs in early 2000s.
I think another thing that would be helpful is stating the type preference. English rose has a different type of beauty than the all-American girl. I find I tend to like the Spaniard look (Penelope cruz, Salma Hayek, Jessica alba), English (Keira Knightley, Emma Watson, Jessica Biel) and the mixture of two (Angelina Jolie); but I am completely indifferent to the all American look ( Jennifer Anniston, Carrie underwood, Jessica Simpson). For Asians I tend to like mixed looks (Michelle yeoh, Meiko kaji, Bai Ling)
For blacks I like jamaicans: jaunel mckenzie, Naomi Campbell, Kimanee Wilson

Well many if not most actresses look great because they dress fashionably, have a ton of awesome make up and on top if it all have Photoshopped pics and so on. So yea i agree that there are many women out there that are better than the actresses, but there are few actresses that look better than the pack. For ex: Jolie - 5-10 years ago, she was a bomb because of some very attractive facial features, Johnasson is still hot and has a banging body. You can find a girl on a street as attractive or more attractive, but these 2 do have some original looks.
