What in the World Am I To Do?

Hey Guys,

(I am a first time poster so please do excuse any embarrassing mistakes I make)

I was wondering if I could get some advice as to what I should do for the upcoming summer as well as what type of Consulting Firms I would have a shot at in the near future.

Background
I am a Sophomore at a top 25 Undergraduate School on the West Coast majoring in Business Finance/Economics with a double minor in Math Finance as well as Strategic Management.
(not sure if this is relevant but I am on a full merit scholarship)

I have a 3.5 GPA, done research with the Econ department, completed an internship in the Finance division of a mid-sized Marketing firm (well known in Southern California), and am currently working for a major PWM branch of Merrill Lynch.

I want to eventually work in either Management Consulting or Corporate Fin/Strategy (at a F500 firm)

Question:
1) I just received an offer from Boeing's Business/Finance Internship program and I was wondering whether or not to take it. Are there any other programs out there which would benefit me more than Boeing?

I have not gotten a chance to look around for any Consulting internships, but from the research I have done, legitimate consulting internships for sophomores are sparse to say the least.

2) Assuming I did take Boeing and maintained my GPA through my Junior year, what type of junior year Consulting Internships would be attainable for my level of qualification? Are there any National or regional/West Coast consulting firms that you would recommend I keep my eyes on?

Thank you for all your help!

(if there is anything at all I was not clear about - please ask away!)
