"Meet the Office"/Sell Weekend - What to expect?

I have a sell weekend with an MBB coming up - and just wondering what to expect and what to pack. It's at a beach resort - but I assume it's mostly going to be presentations and formal networking events? Anyone with experience, please share. Thanks!

You'll have semi-formal events during the day, but expect a ton of drinking and going out at night. That's when most of "networking" happens.

Thanks pnb2002! Is the whole thing supposed to be business casual? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'd rather ask a stupid question than look stupid during the weekend.

Mine's all casual (i.e. I can wear jeans throughout the weekend), but I bet it depends on the office. So just ask any consultant you have met through recruiting or HR person (AFTER checking it's not indicated already on the invitation).
