In preparation for some interviews and for my own personal accounts, I'm reading through the SEC statements/financial filings of some of my favorite companies. That said, EDGAR is terrible. Has anyone here used 10k wizard? Is it worth the hundreds of dollars a year? Pros/cons?
If it's worth it, I might go ahead and suggest that my investment club buy one for all of us to use...

I usually use secinfo.com. easy to search for companies and print out K/Q
What's wrong with EDGAR? For what you're doing that's more than enough.
