Urgent: in need of NCREIF fund level Data (NFI-ODCE)
In order to conduct analysis for thesis, I am in need of fund level data of NFI-ODCE, which include the following:
fund list of the index
market cap or total assets of the funds
leverage Ratio for each fund
portfolio holdings by property types (Apartment, industrial, Office and Retail) for each fund
Returns used for index construction for each fund
dividend yields for each fund if possible
The period is from 2000 to 2014, quarterly
If data is not available, relevent reports summarizing statistics are also OK.
I will appreciate if anyone have access to the data and send them through this forum.
