URGENT Lunch Question
I have lunch with an associate at a top BB (GS, JPM) in an hour and a half. Long story short, I was in a crazy rush this morning and I got dressed and told myself I'll wear the suit jacket I have at the office. The suit jacket is blue and my pants im wearing are a lighter gray. If I wear the jacket as it doesn't match, does it make me look like an idiot? Usually I go to lunches and coffees with a conservative matching suit. Would it be frowned upon at all? Am I just overthinking it?

Either go buy a suit before lunch or just don't wear the jacket.
with this kind of logic, I think you should get a promotion from intern to managing analyst asap...
