What would be your resume of the most "prestigious" president?

I get a kicking out of the shitpost "prestigious" posts on this website. Such as https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/official-p…

So let's see some creativity. What would your resume of the most "prestigious" president be?

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

Realistically, Washington, Grant, and Eisenhower. Washington was the Commanding General of the victorious Continental Army, Grant was a West Point graduate and Commander of the victorious Union Army, and Eisenhower graduated from West Point and was a 5-star general and Supreme Commander of the victorious Allied Forces. No Harvard or internships or MBAs could come even close to topping those pre-presidential accomplishments.

Great answer and agree. There is some relationship historically between military commanders and prestigious families -- Teddy Roosevelt is another example I would put on your list after those three.

Would be interesting also to get your thoughts on the least likely / least prestigious Presidents as well. Wonder if there's any correlation one way or another?

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.

Without doing any prior reserach or reading the link, my guess is that Harry Truman has to be up there with the least prestigious pre-presidential resumes. Him and Chester A. Arthur, who was a political machine man totally unqualified (on paper) to be President. Truman, in my view, turned out to be one of the greatest presidents and Arthur an OK President (better than one might expect based on his corrupt history).
