Look for clothes with elastane/spandex/lycra blends - there are a number of brands from low tier to upper tier pricing that have these.

Depending on the blend and cut of the clothes they will still look smart but stretch instead of tearing in the usual spots.

Usually marketed as "performance" for example RL Performance Polo or Performance Chino.

For Business Casual, check out:

-Rhone (very comfortable pants, but the design needs improvement IMO) -Ministry of Supply (interesting stuff; bought a couple of the shirts but the collars are a bit too flimsy for my liking; the suits look like they're worth checking out) -Mizzen and Main (my favorite by far; have a few dress shirts that are extremely comfortable and look great) -State and Liberty (my second favorite; shirts are nice and very stretch-oriented, and like Mizzen and Main, easy maintainence. Watch the care though, as they have a tendency to shrink) -Barbell Apparel (Don't own anything from here, but I've been toying around with grabbing some stuff--they gear their stuff specifically towards lifters)

You provided great suggestions a while back and I just wanted to say if you haven't checked out Bylt for their T-shirts they are worth a look. No business casual / professional but they are great shirts to lift in / to wear for casual use if you're on the wider side. I have never found another brand of t-shirt to be so comfortable. Their shorts are pretty good too and Id imagine their dress apparel isnt too bad but I have yet to try it.

As for Mizzen & Main, they really are the best Ive come across.
