Following up with MF for second time
Hi all,
So I had a phone interview with a MF about two weeks ago. I followed up with HR early last week and they stated that they would get back to me by the end of last week regarding next steps. When do you think is a good time to follow-up again?

ASAP. Just keep pushing. Everyone I know that got MF/UMM jobs off-cycle had to keep pushing for 6-8 weeks before their offer. You are trying to capitalize on the rare hours where PE folks are in the office and not busy or are free to recruit but have not dedicated any time. It's all a game of pushing hard.
