Questions about Hines?

I'm currently interested in interviewing at Hines for an Analyst position. I'm at a rising senior at an Ivy with a pretty decent GPA with PE experience. I had some questions about the firm and it's analyst role, and WSO seems to have the most info beyond reaching out to people on LinkedIn.

  1. How likely is it to be promoted from an Analyst to Associate w/o an MBA? What's the timeline?

  2. How much do Analysts make at Hines HQ? Does it vary by team?

  3. How do you choose which team you want to work in at Hines? (i.e. Acquisitions, Asset Management, Global Strategy, etc.)

  4. How many hours do Analysts usually work?

  5. How much of Hines committed capital/business is in LPs vs REITs?

  6. Anything else I should know about the firm?
