Yea, the $55-$60K with a 10% bonus sounds about right, maybe a touch higher, but that's definitely the ballpark for a starting analyst.
Keep in mind this is also Cleveland.. it’s super cheap to get a downtown 1bd1ba bachelor pad with a loft and modest sqft for under $1,200. I think the figure I gave you is probably on par considering the KBCM guys on the REIB side are like $70k base with 20-25% bonus.
