REPE Case study and modeling test

Hi chimps,

I'm interviewing for an REPE associate position at a non-traditional RE group. I asked the headhunter weather it would be a normal LBO modeling test or a RE modeling. She said that the fund has specified that the case study and modeling will both be RE based. I asked a few people at the firm and they said that they don't expect any real estate knowledge whatsoever and that it'd just be to check some modeling / excel knowledge.

So what should I expect for the:
-case study
-modeling?
-what would they require? sensitivity table? cash flows?
-fit interviews

I'm currently at a MM boutique so minimal modeling experience - been spending all of my free time trying to build from scratch, doing a few quick and dirty ones and so on. Did a full RE model yesterday w waterfall.

Any suggestions on where to find practice examples to familiarize my self w RE modeling?
