JPM no Hirevue?
I applied to J.P.M. for an off-cycle internship in Frankfurt at the IBD two weeks ago and have since not heard back from them. After playing the psychometric pymetrics games there was no follow up invitation to a Hirevue interview. My application status so far is „application received“. Does that mean that I was immediately filtered out based on the pymetrics results and HR will never even take a look on my application or have they already filled the position and will only consider new people should a prospective intern resign?
Shouldn´t every applicant get the Hirevue prompt? In other threads in this forum people got it 3 min after sending their application.
