Vacancy Rate in MF Lease-Up
Monkeys- I have experience modeling office, retail, and office over retail but I am currently tasked with underwriting a suburban MF development (resi over retail) and I'm wondering if you guys can give me some insight on what you typically plug for a vacancy rate during lease-up?
