Silk knot?
I found some rly nice (light blue, white, non iron) inexpensive shirts (think top of the line BB's at 50$) but they have 2 issues.
i) They have a herringbone pattern
ii) They have french cuffs
I can deal with the pattern but i've been wondring if i could use silk knots without looking like a tool.
I work at a very formal regional boutique (When some1 there was made a partner, other partners told him to get rid of "that hideous pink thing" referring to his red car)
And i'm te only male M&A analyst and everyone else wears cufflinks and contrast-collar shirts.
Half my shirts are french cuffs (same color as the rest of the shirt not white though). I use silk knots 90% of the time. Nothing wrong with herringbone either.
