My friends have told me to stay away from Accenture, saying that it's too techy. I have an opportunity to spend my soph summer there. I assume they'd train me well. Do you think this might be useful in securing a potential offer at Bain for my junior summer?
not a bad option, go for their strategy practice versus their IT one. working at a bulge bracket in IB or S&T would probably look at least equivalent (for the lower tier banks) and much better in the case of the top tier banks.
