I'm a freshman at IU Kelley interested in pursuing a career in management consulting, based on prestige, lateraling, and work culture which type of consulting is better? I personally feel like Big 4 companies like Deloitte/PWC take the edge compared to companies like LEK/Kearney. But please feel free to give your input. It is early in my college career to be thinking about this but I would like to get an idea of which direction to head in. MBB is my goal but I may need to have a backup plan. Thanks

Currently an undergrad considering offers at Deloitte S&O and A.T. Kearney. Anyone have any insight into either? There are a few major factors I'm considering: 1) Location - Deloitte is in Pittsburgh which is a major negative while A.T. Kearney is in NYC. 2) Projects - I've heard that A.T. Kearney has a reputation as more of a supply chain company, I'm a little bit concerned about being stuck on supply chain/procurement projects. Employees there say that I should have no problem getting on a variety of projects. 3) Exit opps - The two have comparable exits to top MBA schools, but what about to

Hi WSO, I just got an invite to interview for Kearney's PEMA analyst position. Does anyone have insights into the Kearney first and final round analyst interviews for the role? I'm curious about the: - Difficulty of the cases - Content in the cases (if they're only M&A cases and if there are any industries I should get myself accustomed to) Also, any other advice and insights outside of this would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Coming out of undergrad and trying to decide between full-time offers with Strategy&'s new Deals Team and AT Kearney (generalist offer), both in NY. Would love to get any thoughts/opinions! Thanks.

Hey, I am choosing between 2 internship opportunities both in NYC from Accenture Strategy and AT Kearney. I wanted to know the pros and cons of both ex. Culture, exit opps, MBA placement, overall prestige, and which firm I should go with.

I would like to gain perspective on everyone's thought on AT Kearney. As a solid Tier 2, ATK clearly has a lot of reputations in ops related projects. But they also clearly missed their original "Vision 2020" goal and lost lots of partners to others. As consulting industry is moving to embrace digitization, AI/ML and focus more and more on future ecosystem, how is ATK positioned in this battle? What is their future look like? Thanks

Would like to hear people's thoughts on Kearney. I know their pay is on par and maybe even better than MBB especially at the Associate level, but any thoughts on reputation, variety of work, type of people/culture, perks/benefits, and exit options/history?

Hi, I am currently working the Operations Advisory division of a Big 4 consulting firm and recently got contacted by a recruiter from AT Kearney. Even though they try to sell themselves as a strategy house, I believe perception is that they are also heavily into operations and that the real strategy work is for MBB. I have even run into them at a number of projects we were doing at my current firm. Does anybody here have experience with AT Kearney and can give some insights into their activities? Are they still growing?

My friend has all 3 offers for FT, and I told him I'd help him make the decision. Which one? At first, I wanted to tell him to go to Monitor but according to a friend at McKinsey, he said he would be at ATK if he didn't get MBB or OW FS. Any suggestions?

I'm an undergrad senior at a non-target. Have a long-term goal of going into a top PE fund in the APAC region. I currently have offers with A.T. Kearney, Mars & Co, and a final round coming up with Deloitte Consulting S&O. Wondering anyone's thoughts on exit ops into PE from any of these firms (assuming I get the Deloitte offer).

I'm from a target school with a reasonable gpa (3.65) doing a non technical degree and didn't get invited for a coffee chat with AT Kearney - what do you think that means? Does it put me in a disadvantaged position to other students who get the oppertunity to sit and talk with employees?
